The Triplett TEV500 PRO is an advanced EV charger test kit designed to meet both basic and professional diagnostic requirements for EVSE systems. With built-in PE Pre-Test, the TEV500 PRO checks the PE conductor for dangerous voltages. The CP State rotary switch simulates various vehicle conditions, while CP signal outputs allow oscilloscope connection to verify waveform and amplitude. Advanced error simulations such as CP Error “E” (short circuit CP-PE), PE Error (earth fault), and CCID TRIP testing ensure full safety validation. Direct measurement outputs (L1, L2(N), PE, PP) allow quick voltage checks via multimeter.

Compliant with SAE J1772 North American standards, this kit ensures accurate and standardized testing across a wide range of charging stations.
