🛡️ Warranty Coverage

All products sold through testomart are covered by either:

  1. Manufacturer Warranty (directly from the brand), or
  2. testomart-backed Service Warranty (for select items)

Coverage includes manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Wear and tear from regular usage
  • Damage due to voltage fluctuations or environmental conditions
  • Calibration drift over time (unless recalibration is included in the policy)

🛠️ Service & Repairs

If your product is within the warranty period and covered, we will:

  • Repair or replace the defective item at no additional charge, OR
  • Provide store credit or refund if repair/replacement is not possible

For out-of-warranty service, we offer:

  • Paid diagnostics
  • Spare parts replacement (if available)
  • Recalibration and maintenance (for test instruments)

🧾 How to Claim Warranty

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Email support@testomart.com with:
    • Your Order Number / Invoice
    • Product name and model
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or video (if applicable)
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
  3. You may be asked to ship or deliver the product to our [Service Center / Partner Location]

📍 Service Locations

Warranty claims are handled at our [Abu Dhabi / Dubai] service partner centers or directly through the manufacturer.

If local repair is not possible, we will arrange return-to-factory service through our brand partner.


📝 Additional Notes

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the service center unless otherwise agreed
