The Triplett SFM500 Electrostatic Field Meter is a precision instrument designed for the non-contact measurement of electrostatic charges on surfaces, bodies, or objects. With a wide measuring range of –19.000kV to +19.000kV at a distance of 1 inch (2.54 cm), it provides reliable and accurate results for ESD-sensitive environments.

Readings are displayed on a 4.5-digit (19,999 count) backlit LCD, with advanced features including audible high/low alarms, data hold, min/max capture, and a zero function to clear residual charges. The meter can also store and recall up to 99 readings manually, making it ideal for fieldwork and reporting.

Additional convenience features include a tripod mount for hands-free operation, auto power-off with disable option, low battery indicator, and durable design.
